Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Freck Beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of their contents remaining to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and attach the label to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
